Privacy

This site has no account, no advertising, no statistics tool and sets no cookie of its own.

The desk (demos, feedback, contact)
The form sends nothing by itself: it opens your own mail app with a prepared message. What you send reaches the label (eximinds (at) gmail.com) with DJ Orcidia in copy (orcidia.music (at) gmail.com), two Gmail inboxes run by Google. Your details are only used to answer you; demos are kept as long as needed to listen to them. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time.
Published feedback
A message is published in the logbook only if you ticked the consent box, with your first name, last name and country. Ask and it is removed.
Your boarding pass
The pass is drawn in your browser. Your name never leaves your device.
Spotify
The Spotify player only loads when you raise the window shade. From then on, Spotify’s own privacy policy and cookies apply : spotify.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Fonts
The fonts come from Google Fonts: to display them, your browser contacts Google’s servers, which receive your IP address : policies.google.com/privacy.
Server
The publisher keeps no visit data and does not look at any. Only the host, LWS, like every host, keeps technical server logs for its own security, under its own policy.
Your rights
For messages sent through the desk and published feedback, you can ask to see, correct or delete them by writing to orcidia.music (at) gmail.com. For data handled by Spotify, Google or LWS, contact them directly. If you disagree with how your request is handled, you can file a complaint with the data protection authority of your country (list of European authorities); in Belgium, where the site is published: dataprotectionauthority.be.
